- Signed-in users only. Someone without a login who taps a sticker lands on a sign-in page, not your data.

Presence Sticker questions
Does my crew need to install an app?
No. Holding a phone to the presence sticker opens the machine in the phone’s web browser. Most current iPhones and Android phones read the sticker without any app.
Do I need GPS hardware on my machines?
No. Presence Stickers record the machine’s job site at the time of the tap. If the person allows it, it also records the phone’s location, which shows the tap happened at the machine.
What if someone without a login taps a sticker?
They are asked to sign in. Nothing about the machine is shown until they do, and every tap is tied to the signed-in person.
Can we move a sticker to a different machine?
Yes. Clear the sticker from one machine and assign it to another from the equipment page, or assign stickers in bulk with the equipment import.
